SUPPORT TECHINDIANA

Build the Pipeline. Lead the Future.

There are three ways for Indiana technology employers and partners to support TechIndiana’s work — and three different moments to step forward. Whatever fits your organization, we’ll meet you where you are.

CAMPAIGN OPEN NOW  ·  CLOSES JULY 4, 2026

The TechIndiana Charter Founders

Ten Indiana technology employers will be permanently recognized as the inaugural class who built the state’s technology talent pipeline. Charter Founder is permanent. The window to claim it is not.

Three Ways to Engage

All paths help build Indiana’s tech talent pipeline. Choose what fits — or combine them.

Path 01

Membership

For technology employers who want an active role shaping Indiana’s tech workforce. Members hold a seat on the Talent and Workforce Advisory Board, gain priority access to INCAP apprentices, lead the definition of IT competencies and curriculum standards, and receive dedicated onboarding support. Membership pricing is structured by organization size to keep participation accessible.

Path 02

Sponsorship

For organizations that want to support TechIndiana’s mission and gain visibility among Indiana’s key technology and education stakeholders. Sponsorship offers brand visibility at events, recognition across our channels, speaking opportunities, and direct funding of programs that grow your own talent pipeline. Multiple levels available.

Path 03

Charter Founder

A time-limited initiative tied to America’s 250th anniversary. Ten Indiana technology employers will be permanently recognized as the inaugural class who built the state’s technology talent pipeline. Available only until July 4, 2026.

Why Your Support Matters

Indiana’s technology sector is growing rapidly, but a widening talent gap threatens to limit that growth. By 2031, 72% of jobs will require education beyond high school — yet fewer than 40% of Indiana high schoolers go on to earn a college degree. National research shows employers who invest in apprenticeship programs see $1.47 returned for every dollar spent, with apprentices demonstrating higher retention, faster time-to-productivity, and stronger long-term loyalty than traditional hires. TechIndiana is the vehicle for Indiana employers to capture those gains while investing in their communities.
